Once I applied to a prestigious organization via the employee referral. I matched the job description and I was convinced that I am the right fit for the job. But, I did not get any call. In desperation, I called my friend and he informed me that the recruitment manager did not like my resume and hence discarded my application.

This hurt propelled me to learn and read more on resume writing. Since then, I have helped 100s of candidates to transform their resume (and eventually career).

A research said that our span of attention in 2000 was 12 seconds as compared to 8.25 seconds in 2015. An average recruiter spends 6 seconds to filter out the candidate. Does your cv make a cut, in 6 seconds?

Why you need resume writing help?

Since 2009, I read pretty much every book and blog post that has to do with resume writing. Most of these blogs and books are written by authors born in the 70s and built careers in the 90s. After reading the blogs and applying their techniques, I learned 2 things.

• What worked in the 90s and Y2K, does not work in 2020.
• The Indian job market is a lot different than the western world.

This led me to craft my techniques that have worked for numerous candidates and I am pretty confident that it would work for you too.
